I previously stated that my family loved the shower head, but a rubber grommet came unglued. Updating to say that customer service contacted me with a no hassle fix and we should be up and running again soon.
The settings are simple to select while covered in soap, and the settings all seem to have a purpose unlike some units that have extra settings that will never be used.
