This is the best shower head I have ever used. However, it has, in my opinion, 2 flaws:
1. It does not tilt downward enough so the face of the head is closer to being parallel to the floor of the shower
2. When you move the head in any direction, it makes a plastic rubbing on plastic noise; I attempted to put silicone lubricant into the joint, but it made no difference.
When you install the head, the instructions tell you to do "hand tight"; do it! If it is too tight, the connection will leak. Don't ask me how I know.
