First thing I noticed was how well the product was packaged. The box answered any of my questions I had at the store, no surprise when I got home. Very clear instructions. Install was very easy, included was a masonry bit, which most home owners don’t have. Install only took about thirty minutes. Double checking my measurements to insure I have the Rainbar perfectly centered took most of my time. I now find out that they offer solutions for RVs GREAT.
